It is often used by coaches and career coaches to give their clients a “bird’s eye” view of their lives. You can use this too to understand more about your life and where you need grow – just a little bit more.
These are the 8 areas in which you need to score yourself. Add up all your scores and divide by 8 to get your average overall rating.

Today I will share with you my rating on the Wheel of Life: 29 SEPTEMBER 2019
Average 4.6 scoring. This means that I have a lot of work to do in certain areas of my life as there is lack of balance.
Family: 6/10
I need to work a lot harder to grow my relationship with my family.
Solution: Call once a month, Visit every 2 years
Friends: Few friends, but good friends. To be more grateful to have them on my life.
My idea needs to change from absolute to flexible.
Romance: 1/10
Still single, seeking the right person to marry and have a family.
I will not rush into this as this will be a lifetime commitment. I will wait until the time and person is right while working on myself to be the right person for someone.
Business/Career: 4/10
Work very hard in gaining momentum in my career to achieve a promotion.
